We've listened and have updated our Planning Proposal

In August, we hosted information sessions with the Neutral Bay community. We heard that building height was important and we needed to provide more information on future traffic conditions. 

We also heard support for the proposal and the public benefit it will provide. In response, we've updated our plans to reduce the heights of the buildings from 10 and 7 storeys down to 8 and 6 storeys. We have retained community benefits including the public plaza and pedestrian connections between Yeo Street and Rangers Road. We have now formally lodged our amended proposal with Council for assessment.
